Pritchard Consulting has been involved in building CRM focused business solutions using Pivotal eRelationship since its introduction into the UK in 1997. As one of the first European Implementers we have been involved in building some of Pivotal's the most complex and largest European deployments.
In 1998 we were awarded the Best International Customer Implementation for our Financial Services implementation, designed as a CRM solution to handle Mortgage Broking and Financial Planning. Our other solutions include Real Estate, Travel and Investment Broking.
As a company we pride ourselves on our business analysis and rapid development skills having successfully delivered systems within 4-8 weeks of commissioning.
A key differentiator are our skills in development and deploying eRelationship solutions with clients operating nationally and internationally using Citrix server based computing.
Visual Basic, MS Word and MS Access
Many major line of business application still rely on integration with MS Office applications for areas such as letter production, email, Internet browsing. As a company we have developed a suite of Word applications that provide dynamic low maintenance personalisation for companies that operate from multiple offices, departments and company identities.
These have been successfully deployed to a number of large corporate clients and in some cases integrated with their main line business applications.
Other development projects that we undertake include small company or departmental database solutions using MS Access and PowerPoint.
CRM is the implementation of business strategies that identify and manage customers to derive maximum long-term value from that relationship.
