Pritchard Consulting was founded in 1991 as an application development company specialising
in the development of MS Excel and MS Access applications for City based financial
institutions.
In 1996 the company started to provide strategic IT consulting services
and project management to clients involved in replacing text based line of business
applications with MS Windows based client server solutions. In particular, applications
for Customer Service, Support Desks, Financials and HR.
Throughout the late 90's
with the advent of the Internet, the Company became increasingly involved in running
projects to re-engineer core line-business applications to make them client facing.
With the growth in Customer Relationship Management, (CRM), the Company is now involved
in the development of CRM applications, in particular Pivotal Relationship. We have
successfully built a number of customised variants for businesses across differing
market sectors. At the same time winning awards and praise for our rapid development
and deployment techniques.
With the emergence of Server based or 'Thin Client' computing
the company has built upon its early experiences with deploying large client server
applications such as Oracle and SAP. We now work to promote the notion of the virtual
desktop, helping organisations build business solutions that can be accessed from
anywhere and at any time.
CRM is the implementation of business strategies that identify and manage customers to derive maximum long-term value from that relationship.
